PRICES:
All prices are subject to change without notice. The prices shown in this website supersede all previous price lists. We also reserve the right to correct misprints. However, we will notify you before charging you more than the price shown in the website. All prices are valid only for the orders delivered in North America continents.

PURCHASE ORDERS:
Please provide us with a Purchase Order Number. Your issuance of a purchase order will be deemed to be an assent to these terms and to any terms contained in any Quotation we provide or have provided you. They supersede any inconsistent provisions contained on your purchase order. You can send the order per our website or by email, FAX.

PAYMENT TERMS:
Major credit cards are accepted - American Express, MasterCard, VISA per Paypal. For customers with established credit, we welcome your check at NET 30 Days after receipt of material. Thirty days after delivery, a 1.5% per month carrying charge, may be applied on the unpaid balance of your order. For the delivery inside Canada, the GST and provincial tax will be charged. If there are some differences in our on-line bill information, you may send the order by email or FAX. In the case you send the order per our website, you may be charged immediately.

SHIPPING:
Unless merchant and customer specifically agree otherwise in writing, all shipments are made as per Fedex International Economy or Purolator. You understand that any date of delivery is only an estimate and we will have no liability for late or partial deliveries. We may refuse to fulfill any order for any reason. We have no responsibility for loss or damage to the goods after we have delivered them to any common carrier.

Because of the nature of our merchandise, it is very hard to precisely estimate shipping costs online for any of our products. Therefore the shipping charges will be a flat price of US$30 if the total merchandise is under US$300, and it is free to ship merchandise if the total prices is overpass US$300. You also can pay the shipping charge by your own carrier account. The 13% Tax is applied within Canada only.

RETURNS/CANCELLATIONS
If we are in error regarding your order, correction will be made promptly and without charge. Customer returns may require a 25% restocking charge, and must be made within 30 days of receipt. Unfortunately, we cannot allow cancellations or returns of Special Orders, or Special Manufacturing items since they have been purchased or modified per your instructions.
